Job Description
- Generate and send out invoices to clients in a timely manner.
- Ensure accuracy in billing details and adherence to payment terms.
- Conduct courteous and professional calls to clients for payment follow-ups.
- Negotiate and establish payment plans when necessary.
- Record and process payments received from clients.
- Update payment information accurately in the system.
- Reconcile client accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to address any billing or payment issues.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of any 4-year course
- Must have at least 1 year of experience in collections or a related field.
- Proficient in using MS Office applications and billing/collection software.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
