Job Description
Linked Helpers is currently seeking experienced Call Center Sales Agents with a minimum of 2-3 years of outbound call center experience for USA companies.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Dialing outbound calls
- Deliver prepared sales scripts to persuade potential customers
- Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
- Research required information
- Document call information
- Upsell services and more
Qualifications and Skills:
- Fluent English speaking
- Internet speed 20-25MB
- 1-3 years of Sales Agent experience
- Proficient in computer applications
- Excellent communication skills
- Handle stressful situations
- Own computer and noise-canceling headphones
Salary: Php125.00 per hour
Days of Operation: 5 days a week, up to 40 hours weekly
