Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Encoder to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent typing skills, be highly organized, and possess the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough checks to ensure the accuracy and completeness of data entries.
- Assist in office management and organization procedures.
- Maintain files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible.
- Perform other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
- Maintain organized records and documentation related to data entry.
- Compiles simple data for reports and summaries.
- Provide support to the Accounting Section.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of SHS or any 2-year or 4-year course.
- Proficient computer skills, including a strong command of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Proven experience in data entry or a similar role.
- Excellent attention to detail, with a strong ability to spot errors and inconsistencies in data.
- Can work Monday to Saturday (8:00 am to 5:00 p.m).
- Can start immediately.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php15,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
- Commission pay
