Job Description
The Store Manager supports the company’s Operations by leading the Team Captains (Supervisors) in plan development and execution to achieve sales and profitability goals. He/she ensures that TEI’s prescribed policies, systems, procedures, and product and service quality standards are followed. By enabling a high performing team, he/she works towards increasing productivity and operational efficiency to deliver exceptional customer experience for sustainable business growth.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Business Management or related 4-year course
- Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant or F&B retail chain operations as Store/Branch Manager
- Preferred training in Food Service Operations, Customer Service Management, Food Safety, Inventory/Cash Handling, and Quality Management Systems
- Proficient in Microsoft applications for analysis and reporting
- Ability to compose business letters and handle complaints effectively
- Location: SM Clark Pampanga
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php26,00.00 – Php30,00.00 per month
