Job Description
- Responsible for the timely dispatch of the Sales Orders (SOs) and tickets to the assigned area, in close coordination with the area managers or team leaders.
- Closely communicate with the field personnel, monitor and answer incoming calls to update the status of SOs and tickets.
- Accurately prepare reports on all completed/closed SOs and tickets, coordinating with area managers or team leaders for field personnel who have not provided updates, especially for high-priority work.
- Regularly check the Integrated Project Management System (IPMS) and Work Order Management System (WMO) for any remaining or updated SOs and tickets that need to be completed for the day, ensuring timely updates on the dispatch status.
- Monitor SOs and tickets closely to ensure they stay within the required Service Level Agreements (SLAs) set by the client.
- Prepare a summary of all dispatched SOs and tickets for submission to the client.
- Closely coordinate with counterparts to update and verify information in the SOs and tickets.
- Perform other clerical and dispatching duties as assigned.
