Job Description
We are continuously looking for candidates to join our team as Technical Support Representatives through online interviews.
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers to address concerns.
- Resolve customer issues promptly.
- Match customers’ needs with our products and services.
- Use negotiation skills to gain customer buy-in.
- Share information with clients.

Qualifications:
- 6 months BPO/Customer Service experience.
- HS/SHS/College graduate.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php24,500.00 – Php28,00.00 per month

Schedule: 8-hour shifts with shift system
