Job Description
Makati Shangri-La, Manila is seeking an Assistant Banquet Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Banquet Manager, you will be responsible for coaching and maximizing team performance, ensuring high-quality guest service, maintaining smooth banquet operations, and supporting the Banquet Manager in planning and organizing events.
We are looking for someone with a minimum of 3 years of managerial experience in Banquet at a 5-star hotel, a passion for Food & Beverage, excellent communication skills in English and the local language, and experience in a luxury restaurant or 5-star hotel environment. The ideal candidate is a friendly, creative, and detail-oriented leader who can solve problems professionally, enjoys planning and organizing, and is willing to work shifts.
