Job Description
Responsibilities
- Identify problems, collect data, establish facts, and able to conclude the fitness of the candidate.
- Source and interview candidates for IT/BPO/Shared Service corporate positions.
- Assist in the gathering of data needed in the preparation of various recruitment reports.
- Identify and resolve reporting issues proactively but immediately inform the direct supervisor of any hot issues.
- Able to provide suggestions to improve recruitment business processes.
- Provide administrative and operational support to various recruitment processes.
