Job Description
A Cold Caller plays a crucial role in generating leads and expanding the client base through telephone calls. The primary responsibility includes making outbound calls to potential customers, presenting products or services, and persuading them to schedule appointments or make purchases.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, be persuasive, and have a friendly demeanor. Prior experience in sales or telemarketing is preferred. Cold Callers must be self-motivated, resilient, and able to handle rejection positively.
