Job Description
KDCI Outsourcing is currently seeking a Recruitment Specialist to support our entire recruitment process. The primary responsibility of the Recruitment Specialist is to find and hire qualified applicants for KDCI Outsourcing and our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Create job descriptions for open positions.
- Create and publish job posts and job ads.
- Screen resumes and job applications.
- Source for qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews.
- Create shortlists and make recommendations.
- Follow up with candidates.
- Arrange applicant interviews.
- Track recruitment goals.
- Participate in recruitment activities.
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Recruiting experience for multiple clients.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment practices.
- Excellent communication skills.
- B.A. degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Hybrid work arrangement.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,00.00 – Php24,00.00 per month
