Job Description
The WFM Scheduler/Forecaster will be responsible for creating accurate forecasts and schedules to meet service level targets in a contact center environment.
- Utilize workforce management software to forecast call volume and schedule staff accordingly.
- Monitor real-time call volume and make intra-day adjustments to optimize staffing levels.
- Collaborate with operations team to ensure efficient scheduling and adherence to service level agreements.
Applicants should have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
