Job Description
Overview (UK Client)
We are seeking a motivated Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving business growth by generating leads and initiating new client relationships.
Duties:
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and target industries
- Utilize telemarketing and other communication channels to reach out to prospects
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for lead generation
- Assist in developing and implementing lead generation campaigns
- Maintain accurate records of all lead generation activities
- Call Business owners and decision makers (B2B)
Requirements:
- Experience in lead generation through email outreach
- Ability to conduct market research for targeted leads
- Proven track record in prospecting and qualifying leads
- Knowledge of industry-specific lead generation software
- Experience in A/B testing and optimizing outbound campaigns
- Familiarity with lead scoring and lead nurturing strategies
- Ability to analyze and report on campaign performance metrics
- Proficiency in data analysis and segmentation
- Experience in building and maintaining a lead database
Skills:
- Proficiency in business development and market analysis
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience in telemarketing, technical sales, inside sales, or technology sales is a plus
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on sales
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
