Job Description
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for transaction processing in designated 2GO retail outlets. Duties include travel ticket booking, document acceptance, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Execute transactions accurately
- Maintain outlet cleanliness
- Provide exceptional customer service
Educational Background, Work Experience, and Skills Needed:
- Graduate of Business Administration, Marketing, or Management
- Minimum 2 years in frontline selling/retail
- Strong selling and transaction processing skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php12,00.00 – Php14,00.00 per month
