Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Key Customer Executive to join our team! As a Key Customer Executive, you will be responsible for managing relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction.
Your main duties will include developing and implementing strategies to retain and grow key accounts, resolving customer issues in a timely manner, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs.
