- Supervise and lead a team, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to established policies and procedures.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, encouraging open communication and teamwork.
- Ensure that client interactions meet quality standards and adhere to company guidelines.
- Conduct regular quality assessments and provide feedback to team members for continuous improvement.
- Identify training needs and coordinate with the training department to address skill gaps.
- Provide ongoing coaching and support for skill enhancement and career development.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in English
- Strong organization and multitasking skills.
- Proven experience in supervising a remote team
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
