Job Description
General Description of the Job: Responsible for monitoring the accuracy, existence, and completeness of inventory and fixed assets at Westlake Medical Center. This position ensures proper documentation and monitoring of all incoming and outgoing assets.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate monitoring file for inventory and fixed assets.
- Investigate discrepancies and prepare reports for quantity adjustments.
- Perform month-end and semi-annual inventory counts.
- Develop and improve inventory management procedures.
- Monitor disposal of fixed assets and inventories.
- Perform monthly reconciliation, including depreciation recording.
- Asset tagging and recording in the Asset Management Module.
- Other relevant duties.
