Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Collection Officer to join our team. As a Collection Officer, you will be responsible for contacting clients to collect outstanding debts, developing repayment plans, and negotiating payment arrangements.
Key responsibilities include managing a portfolio of accounts, performing account reconciliations, and maintaining accurate financial records. Strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure are essential for this role.
