Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement training programs.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and identify needs.
- Assist in Performance Management and payroll.
- Guide HR team in payroll management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
- 3+ years experience in HR, specializing in training or payroll.
- Strong understanding of payroll principles and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php15,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month
Benefits:

Schedule:
- 8-hour shift, weekends.
Supplemental Pay:
