Job Description
As an IT Service Desk Technician L1, you will be responsible for providing technical support to end users regarding hardware, software, and network issues. Your duties will include troubleshooting problems, documenting issues, and escalating complex cases to senior technicians.
Key requirements for this role include knowledge of computer systems, excellent communication skills, and a strong customer service orientation. Basic understanding of ITIL framework and experience with help desk software are preferred.
