Job Description
The HR Associate – Employee Relations at Stotsenberg Leisure Park and Hotel Corporation will be responsible for employee discipline, labor law compliance, and administrative support. Required skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office, fluency in English and Tagalog, and strong communication abilities. Key responsibilities involve managing discipline processes, preparing reports, maintaining confidentiality, and facilitating communication.
