Job Description
As an Outbound Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for proactively reaching out to customers to provide assistance, answer queries, and offer products or services. Your main tasks will include making outbound calls, building rapport with customers, resolving issues, and achieving sales targets.
This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience in customer service or sales is preferred, along with a strong willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
