Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer support, quality assurance, or related role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power Bi).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Feedback Analysis – positive & negative feedback.
- Data Analysis & Reporting to identify trends and areas of improvement.
- Process Improvement for enhanced customer satisfaction.
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience.
