Job Description
The Operations teams at Shopee manage the end-to-end process from buyer search to product delivery. Responsibilities include analyzing operational KPIs, conducting root cause analysis, and collaborating across various operational functions.
- Manage Return to shipper/seller process
- Ensure timely dispatch of RTS parcels
- Collaborate with claims team for minimal claims
- Work with various teams for parcel dispatch
- Develop process strategies and execute tactically
- Assess manpower needs and allocate resources
- Provide guidance, evaluate team performance, and offer training
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Management Engineering or related field
- 5-8 years experience in warehousing, e-commerce, logistics
- Detail-oriented with data management skills
- Knowledgeable in RTS and Claims processes
- Proficient in process improvement tools, MS Office, Google Apps
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
