Job Description
Join DATABLAZERS INC. as a Business Development Representative for our Spain client, specializing in Housing Disrepair. Your role involves prospecting, pre-qualifying leads through outbound calls, and ensuring daily targets are met.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct a high volume of outbound calls to pre-qualify prospects.
- Efficiently manage contacts using CRM and dialer systems.
- Enter call details promptly into tracking sheets.
- Consistently meet daily call targets.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years B2B sales experience, preferably in UK/Spain accounts.
- CRM and dialer system proficiency required.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Computer and data entry proficiency.
- High personal accountability for target achievement.
- Willingness to work in Alabang with early morning shifts.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php60,00.00 – Php70,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th-month salary
- Overtime pay
