Job Description
- Response to client inquiries and concerns. Ensure timely and quality service delivery to clients. Follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Creates work orders and assigns them to multiple employees.
- Provides reports on open and closed work orders and checks their status.
- Assists with the process and procedure training.
- Other duties may be assigned.
