Overview: We are seeking a motivated Sales Support Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the sales team in achieving revenue goals by providing essential support and maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team in daily administrative tasks to enhance their efficiency
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities
- Assist in cold calling and following up with prospective clients
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for business development
- Provide exceptional customer service to build and maintain client relationships
- Help manage sales pipelines and track sales activities
- Assist in preparing sales proposals and presentations
Experience:
The ideal candidate should have:
- Proven experience or strong interest in sales, retail sales, lead generation, or business development
- Familiarity with sales management processes
- Knowledge of territory sales, inside sales, or related fields is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
