Job Description
Provides a high level of customer experience through building and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Properly facilitate screening and receiving of customer product/s that require post-sales service.
- Accurately handle customer complaints and perform Quick Fix whenever relevant.
- Ensures proper releasing of repaired or pulled-out customer products through verification of necessary documents.
- Handles daily inbound and outbound calls and email correspondence related to pre and after sales.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in Customer Service or equivalent is an advantage.
- Possess good communication skills and problem-solving skills. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and be detail-oriented.
- Willing to be assigned in SM Marikina.
