Job Description
Attends to employees’ needing medical attention and assistance.
Coordinates work-related injuries/illnesses to Safety Officer for investigation.
Prepares and maintains medical records of employees.
Assists employees in interpreting physician’s instructions.
Gathers health and safety information for employee’s awareness.
Manages PhilHealth and SS documentation.
Schedules annual/periodic examinations and manages HMO benefits.
Assists in CSR activities and HR & Admin functions.
