Job Description
Specific Knowledge and Skills
- Graduate of Industrial Engineering or related Supply Chain Management field.
- Excellent in production planning and execution skills.
- Has good leadership and supervisory skills.
- Possess strong organizational and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office applications and SAP/SBO software.
- Minimum of 2-3 years work experience in a manufacturing set-up.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Generate Production Plan based on Requirement and parts availability.
- Ensure implementation of Production Standards, Work Instructions, and Control Plans.
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators, conduct root cause analysis, recommend strategies for improvement.
- Review and Revise Work Instructions and Control Plans for various fan types.
- Create training plan, evaluate production assemblers, and coordinate with relevant departments.
- Submit reports on Production Dashboard, Operations Review, Annual Executive Summary, and Project Improvements.
