Job Description
Define and create craftsmanship strategy in partnership with Customer Experience team.
Develop and implement shop operation structure. (includes services, turn around time, and scheduling)
Provide input and recommendations for the design and aesthetic of shop environment.
Conceptualize and create unique customer offerings including in-store events.
Facilitate enhancements and changes to craftsmanship experience based on own evaluations and recommendations from corporate partners.
Communicate and Network with internal corporate partners.
Network, recruit, train, and retain talent.
Apply knowledge of design, styling, and fabrics to create and design enhancements to brand products.
Determine customer needs, preferences, and style to create a customized experience in partnership with sales stylist.
Educate store team on customer offerings.
Amenable to work in SM Davao Boutique.
Job Type: Full-time.
