Job Description
Overview of the role: We are looking for a passionate hospitality professional to provide high levels of guest satisfaction through efficient and courteous telephone service at the Guest Communications Center.
Key Accountabilities:
- Handles incoming/outgoing calls, chats, and paging system
- Relays messages promptly and accurately
- Manages guest requests for amenities and services
- Reports guest complaints or incidents
- Proficient in operating EPABX exchange
General Requirements:
- Experience with EPABX system preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure with customer service focus
- Familiarity with Opera system
