Job Responsibilities:
- Promote company products to healthcare professionals for patient/customer education.
- Achieve area sales targets, conduct efficient sales calls in high sales areas.
- Ensure sales goals and targets are met in the assigned territory.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Identify new business opportunities while maintaining existing business relationships.
- Establish relations with key personnel in assigned facilities.
- Provide reports to Direct Manager on territory status and product knowledge.
- Represent Abbott professionally in alignment with company standards.
Job Qualification:
- Graduate of a bachelor’s degree in Medical background, science, biology, pharmacy, Nursing, etc.
- Effective communication and empathic listening skills.
- Strong teamwork, self-driven, and results-focused.
- Willing to be trained and adapt to changing business environments.
Knowledge & Experience:
- Sales Experience.
- Proficiency in modern technology and MS Office.
