Job Description
Responsibilities
- As an internal consultant to business end-users in process automation and operational efficiency.
- Analyze business requirements, find solutions within IQVIA Hospital Information systems for process automation.
- Involved in and assist in HIS system implementation.
- Assist in application configuration, system testing, and Integration testing.
- Provide application support, maintain issue tracker, troubleshoot application and reports issues, apply updates, work with developers.
- Prepare User Guide, User Acceptance Test Script, and Integration Test scripts for projects.
- Conduct Super user training and provide Go Live support.
Requirements
- Preferred Diploma graduate.
- 1-2 years of IT Application support experience.
- Experience supporting HIS Implementation.
- System Analysis & Design skills, Reporting/Analytic developments skills.
