Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Facilitate process improvement and assist business owners in enhancing existing process performance in a project setting
- Provide Operational/Delivery Excellence training and coach on business excellence principles
- Aid in creating, monitoring, measuring, and analyzing standardized processes
- Support the development and implementation of management reviews of Key Performance/Operating results
- Contribute to weekly/monthly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports and review meetings
- Participate in cross-functional Process Improvement Initiatives and root cause analysis
- Implement strategic quality direction into operational practices and foster a quality-focused culture
- Develop support assets like tracking tools for excellence success stories and lessons learned
- Communicate quality issues and business opportunities to key management stakeholders
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree or undergraduates with relevant experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Excellence/Operational Excellence/Continuous Improvement under Finance and Accounting
- Experience in BPO industry
- Strong communication skills, ability to handle situations effectively, and express knowledge on Six Sigma
- Experience leading Value Stream Mapping activities
- Six Sigma Green Belt Certification or Training
