Job Description
Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS Accounting Technology/Accountancy
- Knowledgeable with MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel
- Accounting-related experience is preferred but not required
Job Summary:
- In charge of verifying the existence of assets recorded in the books and conducting asset inventory counts
- Assisting and guiding process owners/end users in preparing documents
- Responsible for the correct description and specification of assets in the Asset Management module
- Ensuring asset requisitions are properly recognized in the books
- Processing depreciation runs for the period
- Handling asset retirement transactions
- Assisting in conducting asset inventory counts
