Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Real Estate Project Manager to join our team. As a Real Estate Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of real estate development projects from start to finish.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing project plans, including budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Coordinating with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Negotiating contracts and leases, and conducting feasibility studies.
- Tracking project progress and making adjustments as needed.
- Managing project budgets and ensuring cost control.
- Overseeing compliance with all relevant regulations and building codes.
- Preparing project status reports and presenting them to stakeholders.
To be successful in this role, you must have strong leadership and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of the real estate industry. You should also have a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale real estate projects.
