Job Description
One-day hiring process Earn up to 25k monthly. We are mass hiring for Call Center Agents at our Metro sites.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of BPO experience for applicants with less than 2 years of College education.
- Good to Excellent Communication Skills.
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls for ticket inquiries, bookings, and cancellations.
- Assist customers in navigating the online platform and resolving technical difficulties.
- Escalate complex issues, protect customer information, and follow protocols.
