Job Description
We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist I with expertise in Mac/Apple products to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist I, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients using Mac/Apple devices.
Your role will involve troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues, as well as guiding users on how to effectively use their Mac/Apple products. In addition, you will collaborate with the IT team to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer support.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Mac operating systems, hardware, and software, along with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others.
