Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a WFM RTA Supervisor at Ibex.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee real-time operational activities of the Workforce Management department
- Monitor adherence to schedules and analyze real-time trends
- Provide coaching and training to RTA team members
- Collaborate with various departments to optimize workforce planning and scheduling
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in workforce management, with at least 1 year as a supervisor
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using workforce management software
