Job Description
Caldwell Communications is hiring for the position of BACK OFFICE (NON-VOICE) with the following responsibilities:
- Communicates with customers via phone or written correspondence
- Matches customers’ needs with Clients’ products
- Resolves customer issues promptly
- Utilizes negotiation skills
- Shares information with clients
