Job Description
One-day hiring process Earn up to 25k monthly We are mass hiring for Call Center Agents in our Metro sites
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of BPO experience required for applicants without a college degree.
- Good to Excellent Communication Skills
Job Responsibilities:
- Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
- Escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Assist customers with technical support for the food delivery app.
- Encourage customers to try new items or special offers.
- Adhere to call center standards.
