Job Description
- Maintain contact with clients for feedback on product/service quality
- Resolve client issues & complaints, build good client relationships
- Develop strategies for client satisfaction & increased revenue
- Liaise with sales heads for sales performance enhancement
- Coordinate customer service team operation to meet standards
- Optimize support processes and tools
- Conduct price & contract negotiations for profit margin
- Oversee post-sales services for customer satisfaction
- Report on after-sales activities to management
- Ensure compliance with company policies
- Perform other assigned functions
Job Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4-year or business-related course
- Experience in after-sales concerns preferred
- Proficient in MS Office
- Critical thinking & issue resolution skills
- Ability to handle client concerns via phone calls
- Self-motivated, can work independently
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php13,500.00 – Php15,00.00 per month
