Job Description
The Sales Administrative Assistant at Roadsky Traffic Safety Corporation is responsible for providing clerical and administrative support for the sales department, including:
- Coordinating with the sales team regarding their order requirements
- Preparing sales quotations in Excel templates
- Coordinating with the Inventory Controller regarding stocks
- Coordinating with the Logistics Coordinator regarding delivery charges
- Booking orders in the server
- Performing other tasks assigned from time to time
Requirements:
- Graduate of any 4-year business course
- Minimum of 1 year of work-related experience
- Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel
- Organized and keen to details
- Immediate availability and willing to work in Makati City
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month
