Job Description
We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to manage customer queries and complaints for our Logistics Account. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, process orders, and ensure customer satisfaction across various communication channels. To excel in this role, you should be able to maintain a calm demeanor, possess computer skills, and have at least 1 year of customer service and BPO experience.
- Maintain a positive attitude and respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Handle customer complaints, provide product knowledge, and process orders.
- Keep records of interactions, provide feedback, and ensure efficient customer service.
- Manage a team of junior customer service representatives and uphold professional support standards.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to Php26,00.00 per month
Benefits: Paid training
Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Night shifts
Supplemental Pay: 13th-month salary
Experience: 1 year of customer service and BPO (Preferred)
