Job Description
We are seeking an Admin Assistant for immediate start in Pasay City.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Review and maintain files, including data entry
- Assist in administrative functions coordination
- Research and information collection
- Support HR, accounting, and screening applicants
- Prepare confidential documents and reports
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and operations
Skills:
- Written and verbal communication
- Organizational and time management
