Job Description
- Graduate of Mechanical / Electrical / Civil, Architecture, Business Management, or Building Management Course
- Related postgraduate studies are an advantage
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in Property Management as Property Manager, preferably in Residential development (Horizontal)
- Proficiency in property management areas – security, technical, housekeeping & customer service
- Excellent Presentation and Facilitation Skills
- Customer Service and People Management Skills
- MS Office Proficiency
- Willing to start ASAP
