Job Description
Responsible for performing direct selling through knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, and efficient customer service.
Key Accountabilities
1. Daily Operations
- Consistently follow company policies and procedures.
- Assist customers with merchandise selection.
- Replenish and arrange merchandise display.
2. Customer Engagement
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Attend to customer needs and complaints.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of any 4-year course.
- Experience in sales or customer assistance preferred.
- Good communication skills.
- Willing to work at Our Home SM Lanang Premier.
