Job Description
- The communication trainer is responsible for understanding the company’s communication needs, create and conduct a training program, and provide individual coaching as needed.
Job Responsibilities
- Design and deliver communication skills training programs for various audiences.
- Assess training needs and develop engaging materials.
- Facilitate interactive training sessions and provide feedback.
- Stay updated on communication trends and best practices.
Required Skills
- Exceptional customer service, active listening, and communication skills.
- Ability to give feedback and work in a fixed night shift schedule.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 3 years of communication trainer experience with American clients.
- Bachelor’s degree in communication or related field preferred.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills with adult learning experience.
Job Type: Fixed term
Contract length: 4-6 months
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday, Night shift
Experience:
- BPO: 3 years (Preferred)
- Communication Trainer: 3 years (Preferred)
Language:
- English (Preferred)
