Job Description
We are currently hiring for the position of WFM Analyst – Real Time. As a WFM Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring real-time monitoring, analysis, and response to service level performance for our organization. Your primary objective will be to optimize agent productivity, schedule adherence, and overall operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities include:
- Monitoring real-time service levels and making necessary adjustments to optimize workforce efficiency.
- Providing insights on agent performance, identifying areas of improvement, and recommending training or coaching sessions.
- Collaborating with various departments to ensure seamless communication and execution of workforce plans.
- Analyzing historical data to forecast future workloads and staffing requirements.
- Generating reports and presenting findings to management, highlighting trends, and proposing actionable strategies.
The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in workforce management software, such as Genesys or Aspect, is preferred.
