Job Description
We are currently looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as an RTA (Real-Time Analytics) Manager. As the RTA Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the real-time analytics operations within our organization.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing real-time analytics strategies to improve operational efficiency.
- Monitoring and analyzing real-time data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and align analytics initiatives with business objectives.
- Managing a team of analysts and ensuring they have the necessary resources and tools to perform their tasks effectively.
- Presenting analytics findings to stakeholders and providing recommendations for improvement.
